Responsibilities: | The 2 information desks are the cetral points for assisting members and guests with anything that they might need, as well as where the Hospitality volunteers will check in and receive assignments. Brochures of the different ministries are kept at the desk. The info desk team puts together visitor information packets and distributes them as needed or requested. Hospitality volunteers check in at the info desk and are given assignments according to the area of service. In case of an emergency, the info desk team member will follow established protocol procedures. |
